We are in search of a general construction remodeler and handyman to join our team and support our growing business serving senior citizens. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include working in the homes of seniors making general home modifications and remodels including framing, tile, drywall, trim, and paint, plumbing, electrical, providing service on installed equipment, delivering equipment, and providing handyman-type services to clients. Candidates MUST be professional in appearance, detail oriented, have their own tools, reliable transportation and possess a positive attitude. Hourly Rate $17 - $19/hr based on skills and education. Fuel allowance is provided and job bonuses are available for exemplary work. Work week is Monday - Friday 8:am - 5:pm. However, since most of our work is scheduled with our clients, start times and end times may vary. The job may require occasional weekend work.
