Gig Details: Hilton Anaheim Hotel- California Ballroom 777 Convention Way Anaheim CA 92802 Saturday and Sunday: September 3rd & 4th 8:00am to 6:30pm *half day shifts are available We are looking for staff to: -Provide outstanding service to the families that attend our shows -Have a positive, helpful, outgoing attitude (these individuals will be interacting with the public; we consider willingness to interact with groups of attendees via microphone a big plus) -Take on specific roles such as greeting, ticket-taking, attraction maintenance, announcing, etc… -Assist with the upkeep, resetting, and breaking down of our attractions between shows and at the close of the event -Be on their feet and moving for long hours -Exhibit a willingness to receive and execute directions We require our staff to be professional and courteous while working one of our events. In regards to dress, we request that clothing be neat and tidy (no holes, rips, or stains) and that footwear be comfortable and no open-toed shoes be worn. We also highly recommend against any sort of lifts or heels. There should be no inappropriate or offensive writing or symbols visible on the clothing - this is a family event. The majority of ticket holders are children. Guest Services/Attraction Maintenance staff must come ready to change into an event t-shirt, which we will supply to them. This event t-shirt must be worn for the duration of their time working the event. Emails will be sent before the event with specific information and FAQs.
