Description

Work with a Drill Crew Chief on a drill rig collecting soil samples for testing. Specific duties include adding and removing augers on the drill stem, adding and removing drill rod and samplers, removing soil samples from sampler and storing them, and assisting the drill crew chief in completing and abandoning test holes for geotechnical (soils) testing. Cleaning trucks, equipment and tools and perform maintenance and minor repairs as necessary. Must be able to work outside, lift 80 pounds regularly. Usually home at night, but some limited out of town work in Minnesota. No out of state work. Drivers license and clean driving record required. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
