Roof condenser line needs fixing

Description

The wind blew the condenser line pipe and it broke under the roof-mounted HVAC unit. So, instead of the water dripping off the roof through that pipe, it's collecting on the patio roof. I need someone to fix the pipe (PVC) and lock the pipe in place so that the wind won't do this again and the condenser water will drip through the pipe and onto the ground. You will need your own ladder and some PVC pipe fixing materials and a means to lock it into place on the roof.
