Need four grade level windows installed, vinyl, into old wooden existing window frames, also base trim for four rooms, door casings, hang three interior doors, need experienced experienced finished carpenter who likes doing windows, in addition two interior windows between rooms on interior walls. The owner is an experienced property manager in North Seattle. Seeking an individual, not a contractor or a subcontractor, just an installer. Owner is managing the project himself, I need workers, or clean and sober and wish to get paid a fair wage.
