We are looking to hire an experienced full time screen printing press operator. The ideal candidate for this position has experience operating an automatic press, has a great eye for detail, and wants to produce amazing artwear apparel. We are interested in producing art and not totally focused on high production. But we also work hard, and manage our work flow efficiently to get the jobs done on time. Candidates must have the following skills: 1. Be able to setup detailed multi-color designs on an M&R 8 color automatic press. 2. Have great attention to detail and quality check printed items during the production run. 3. Make corrective adjustments as needed and have no spots or ink pin holes on the finished pieces. 4. Mix pantone matched ink colors 5. Meet production schedules in a timely manner. 6. Take pride in your work and show up daily on time and be ready for any challenge. 7.
