Hello. I'm going to just put this out there....I'm flat broke and not $1 to my name. I have EBT and I am trying to have groceries delivered but they charge a $17 fee to do so. I don't have it and I've asked around to borrow with no luck. Just looking for a little help please if you can. Thanks
