His name is Tony Romyak. He's a grifter who cheats everyone he comes in contact with. He lives in the high desert several miles North and East of Vernon in a wooden storage shed. He has no septic system, he pees and shits in the desert, he has no electricity and no water. He's living in filth. If you get involved with this man, you will regret it. He boasts that he's a retired firefighter, EMT and a host of other lies. Don't believe a word he says. I don't think he's ever been involved with anyone he hasn't cheated.
