Urgent!! 1 1/2 year old Pitbull mix. Fully Vetted and living in a temporary foster home needs his forever home. He's an energetic and smart young dog. Housebroken and learning his basic commands. Since not much is known about his history and temperament he needs to be the only animal in the household then slowly introduced to children and other animals. He has not been socialized as far as dog parks are concerned so on leash training is a must. He was rescued from authorization at a local shelter where he had come in as a stray and was never reclaimed. He has spent his last year with an elderly woman but he jumped up on her last week and she fell and broke her leg so her family is requesting he be removed from the home immediately to avoid any further problems. His rehoming fee is $60 only to recover expenses surrounding his emergency removal. His previous owner will be back home today and I can find out more details about his behavior but she is very upset that her family has taken her dog and I don't want to cause further grief if it's not necessary. He needs an active home and he needs a PERMANENT home. Routine is a must. IF HE IS NOT REHOMED TODAY HE WILL BE TAKEN TO AN OVERCROWDED SHELTER AND HIS LIFE WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED!!!
