We have partnered with Magna Seating, the nation's largest supplier to the automotive industry. Their agility and expertise make them the ideal partner for autonomy, electrification, and building complete vehicles. We are currently seeking Assemblers, Machine Operators, Welders, Welding Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators to start ASAP at their Lancaster facility. General Laborer / Assembler Pay & Benefits: $17.00-17.75 per hour to start After being hired in and working for MAGNA for 30 days, you will receive a $1000 bonus. You will receive an additional $1000 bonus 180 days after you receive your initial bonus. $2000 total just for continuing your career with an amazing company! $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity) After a brief probationary period (30 days) after being converted to MAGNA; employees may be eligible for a full benefits package including dental, medical, life, and vision insurance, PTO, a 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and the opportunity for a robotics apprenticeship program within the company General Laborer / Assembler Hours: All Shifts Available!! OT may be required before or after your normally scheduled shift and on weekends General Laborer / Assembler Job Duties & Requirements: Ability to read and follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures; Observe operation of the machine and verify conformance of workpiece to specifications and dimensions as well as visually inspect parts for non-conformance; Use of materials handling equipment to transport parts/components to all stations on the production line; Perform daily inventory counts; Perform direct assembly/sub-assembly tasks to meet production schedules; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required; If you are interested in taking the next step towards a new career, apply now for immediate consideration.
