JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR OPEN POSITION – HIRING IMMEDIATELY Seeking dependable experienced Janitorial Supervisor to maintain clean and healthy commercial buildings in Portland. A self-managed, organized supervisor who actively solves problems, fosters relationships with their employees and coworkers, and prides themselves in a job well done by their department. This is a hands-on working position. TASKS: - Train employees including training new employees and maintaining training with existing employees - Filling in for absent employees - Janitorial duties included (but not limited to) Trash removal, dusting, sweeping/mopping floors - General Office Duties – maintain emails and paperwork - Carpet Shampooing/Floor Refinishing - Pressure Washing - Window Cleaning DETAILS: - Monday – Friday 7:30a – 4:00p - Working supervisor includes training employees, and covering their shifts when sick/vacation/etc - $20.00 - $21.00/ hour DOE - Paid Vacation Time - Paid Sick Time - We offer excellent benefits! o Medical o Dental o Vision o Retirement match QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial maintenance - Hard floor (Stripping/Scrubbing/Waxing) and carpet cleaning machine experience - Ability to navigate Outlook, Excel, and a Smart Phone - High School Diploma/GED - Clean Driving Record - Excellent communication skills - BONUS: Window Cleaning or Pressure Washing experience
