Found: Young, gray, male kitten with paws burned from the heat of the asphalt, dehydrated, malnourished, but sweet as pie. No microchip, sadly, we checked. We made an appointment with a veterinarian and are caring for him unless/until we find out that he has a loving home elsewhere.
