Brooklyn Braised is an elevated comfort food catering concept helping all people, no matter the zip code, rethink food—from the ingredients and vendors to the cuisine and leftovers. We provide a better food experience with quality local ingredients, thoughtfully crafted meals, and community initiatives designed to combat food insecurity. I am short staffed for a private (in home) event this Satuday evening. Menu includes 6 passed hors d'oeuvre and one grazing table for 20 guests. MUST HAVE CHEF AND CATERING EXPERIENCE!!
