Performing inspections & evaluations, troubleshooting problems, repairing & replacing components on hydraulic tooling. Provide quality repair operations to include company required documentation on all company and customer repair activities performed. Assist as needed in development of work directions and other assigned duties as per the Company Duties: Provide quality repair services on company and customer tooling Prioritize production based on company direction Monitor personal repair activities Monitor housekeeping both inside maintenance building and behind shop areas. Responsible for shop safety and housekeeping Meet or exceed goals as determined by the Company and the Managing Partner Coordinate repairs to equipment on the lists to ensure that downtime is kept too minimum. Inform Management if any equipment, trucks, forklifts require preventative maintenance. Ensure that the customer and company equipment is repaired in a timely manner and repair times and parts are properly accounted for. Maintain company documents to effectively track and communicate information regarding repairs on equipment Attend required safety training as instructed by the Company. Other duties that may be assigned: Other requirements as required based on skill set and Company needs Education Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent and 2 years of mechanical repair experience in a technical environment. Skills Required: Must be able to interface with a diverse workplace, resolve and mitigate challenges Proficient in MS Office. High level of Organization High level of Time Management Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electric mechanical tools Excellent verbal and written communication skill Other: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
