I need a mobile home inspected for removal.
This includes: a video walkthrough and detailed pictures rooms, bathrooms, common areas, outside, underneath, axles, wheels, hitch, damages, serial numbers, tags, sticker with manufacturer info in utility closet.
Will also need lockbox to be installed (lockbox expense will b reimbursed).
Reliable transportation is a must, good quality cellphone picture recommended, tech-knowledgeable to send via e-mail.
Payment form available: zelle, paypal, venmo, money order or mailed check.
