City Wide Property Services, Inc. is a well-established maintenance company looking for great individuals to join our dynamic team. Individuals must be open to new challenges and willing to overcome these challenges with group efforts. The open position is for a Maintenance Technician in the Solano County area including locations in Fairfield, Vallejo, and Napa. Commercial building maintenance experience is required. Essential Duties/Responsibilities *Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, and warehouses. *Complete work orders for a variety of structure and equipment repairs. *Estimate time and materials effectively. *Order necessary materials for repair completion. *Complete all necessary paperwork upon finalization of work order. *Perform daily inspection of building systems. *Have knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance environment. *Have experience with various following tasks; Painting, concrete work, finish and repair, electrical including changing commercial lighting ballast, plumbing, drywall patch and repair, and overall basic handyman work. *Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications *At least Two (2) years of experience performing building maintenance in a commercial building repair/facilities environment. *Basic analytical and computer skills *Clean Driving Record (5+ years clearance is required) *Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests *Clean and neat appearance *Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities *High school diploma Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: *401(k) *401(k) matching *Dental Insurance *Health insurance *Paid time off *Referral program *Vision insurance Schedule: *8 hour shift *Monday to Friday *On call *Weekend availability Experience: *Maintenance: 2 years (Required) *Operating a full-size truck: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: *Driver's License (Required) *Work Location: On the road Please attach your resume when inquiring about the open position.
