We are looking for the right attitude more than we care about experience. The ability to speak and understand English is not required. Experience in any of the following: pest control, general labor, cleaning, gutter cleaning, insulation, hospitality, crawlspace work, home inspection, roof work, attic work, construction, animal control, bee keeping… will be helpful but NOT necessary. Most of all, you must be hungry to please our customers and have an “I can or I will figure it out” kind of attitude. We are looking for a yes Person that will go above and beyond for our customers. We have zero tolerance for excuses. If you agree that an excuse is no more than a reason to get out of doing something you didn’t really want to do then you belong here. We need someone willing to take on any extra customers during your work day even when they are not on your schedule. We need you to be flexible, dependable and team oriented! (This a must to become partner) You need to be available to be scheduled Monday-Sunday approximately 8-7 and also for emergency call outs during nighttime early morning hours. We are NOT looking for a list of certifications or a manager and your plethora of knowledge in pest control is not needed. We are looking for someone who willingly and regularly will go into crawlspaces and attics and rooftops to look for pest rodent and animal activity to provide our customers the solution they need and perform the work required. Must be able to work around animals bees wasps insulation and pesticides. Training is provided for the right individual. If you have had or currently hold a pest control license please include your license info when responding. Must have your own reliable transportation. The ability to make over $100,000 in your first year and it’s all up to how hungry you are. We offer the ability to set your own hours however the more available you are the more opportunity you will have.
