HVAC Installer Technician – Full Time JM Heating and Air Conditioning have been in business for 20+ years. We are a family business based in Dublin and service the entire Bay Area, including cities in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and San Francisco County. Our company specializes in installing, replacing, and repairing residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating equipment. We are seeking to immediately hire a Full-Time HVAC Installer Technician. Total hours, start, and end times each day may vary based on the number of jobs scheduled. Ideal candidates must have their own transportation, be career-focused, eager to learn, and most importantly must be reliable. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Service Maintenance on Residential HVAC equipment, including system diagnostics, system maintenance, and repairs as necessary. Entry-Level Electrical Install HVAC residential systems. Contract execution, images, and customer service. Ability to crawl in tight spaces including the attic or crawl spaces. Requirements include: Working experience as an HVAC installer (Preferred). Travel throughout the Bay Area utilizing a personal vehicle (Required). Must be able to work independently and effectively with a team (Required). Must be able to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed (Required).
