Three outside things at my Mom's

I need somebody with a ladder to do three things at Mom's house across from MacDade Mall. It should take about an hour, but you need a ladder. The top piece of aluminum siding broke loose at the bottom. I need that stuck back to the house. The downspout broke loose. I need that stuck back. Television antenna: Please throw it into the back yard. It's a pigeon roost. They crap all over the deck. $100 I'd like to do it when she's at the beach between Monday 8/15 and Friday 8/26.
