Seeking PT work or possible roommate

Hello, I am suddenly in a situation, not unlike most, in which I have found my rent is being increased by $120/month at the start of my new lease. A place I have resided for several years, paid on time (if not early), and it's location -- not to mention loud neighbors, failure to maintain the premises - just makes the situation no longer financially feasible. I don't think I need to point out how inexplicably expensive the average cost for rent has become in Franklin county. I do have an income, but I'm trying to live simpler/leave less of a carbon footprint if I can. I certainly didn't think at 43 I would be seeking a roommate in a different location. If that's not possible does anyone need help with digital marketing, dog walking, cleaning, etc? Thanks!
