Artist Needs warehouse space in Bellingham

Artist looking for a small local warehouse or small space in an industrial or business area to work on his metal art which includes making some noise and melting metals. A place where if I wanted to work over night, I wouldn't bother anyone. A room in an existing business would be ideal because I am a veteran on a pension so money is extremely tight (about two hundred a month at most). Working with clay at home is fine but working with metal is my passion. I am 52 and honest and trustworthy. I really need to find a place close to home where I can get back to creating my dreams again. Thank you. John here
