Don't miss your chance to wine and dine for a great cause at the first annual Sunset Soirée Benefit Dinner, presented by Columbia Industries in partnership with J. Bookwalter Winery. Guests will enjoy a lovely evening in John Dam Plaza as they learn more about Columbia Industries’ Opportunity Kitchen food service training program for individuals with employment barriers. During the social hour, students from the program, along with their Executive Chef Instructor, will guide guests on assembling their own charcuterie boards while guests enjoy appetizers by Fiction restaurant @ J. Bookwalter and wines by J. Bookwalter Winery. Guests will be treated to a locally sourced, seasonal four-course dinner, prepared by Opportunity Kitchen, with dessert provided by Fiction restaurant. Guests will hear from Opportunity Kitchen students and staff about the ways this program is impacting lives in the Tri-Cities, and why community support for workforce development programs like this one is so critical.
