A dynamic mobility routine teaches your joints how to bear load at both vulnerable and extreme positions. Therefore, decreasing risk of injury during workouts and/or throughout everyday life movements. Additionally, mobility work helps reduce joint pain, increases balance, and improves body alignment. Come join us for an hour and a half mobility workshop where you will be taught a proper technique and a routine you can then do on your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or basketball shorts and bring a yoga mat.

Certified Personal Trainer and trained Flexologist, Heather Kiss, will lead our workshop. She has 10+ years of experience within the health and wellness industry ranging from one on one personalized comprehensive wellness programs to group fitness instruction. Through her reformer pilates education she learned how extremely vital mobility and range of motion is in order to maximize strength and prevent injury. After a few years of teaching pilates she furthered her education through StretchLAB and now balances her services through personal training sessions and stretch sessions.
