Looking for General Contractor with a crew to do rehab on several properties we have in the South Jersey area Gloucester / Camden / Burlington Counties Interior/exterior need rehabbing. updating interior space - no new construction. We have a scope / House is available for a walk-through. The contractor will be responsible for all permits - to final cleaning. We pay weekly draws based on work completed. Homeowner to pay for materials but quote needs to be both labor and an estimate of material cost based on walkthrough and Scope. GC must be comfortable with technology - email/video walk-through for progress.
