IMPORTANT DETAILS: START TIME: Doors open at 9:30 AM. The class will begin at 10 AM sharp, please ARRIVE EARLY to find parking, check-in, and secure a spot for your mat. CLASS INFORMATION: This 50-minute Outdoor Barre class will have you pulsing and shaking in our signature class that combines barre wrk and isometric movements with a variety of props and high-energy playlists. CLASS LEVEL: This class is suitable for all levels (including beginners!) EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own mat AND tennis shoes to class as we will NOT have extra mats (or shoes) for our patrons. PARKING: Please plan ahead. Free parking is available in both the lots and along the street. We encourage ride sharing and eco-friendly transportation like biking or walking if available.
