Description
I am very sad to say that I am looking for a home for my sisters husky/Eskimo dog. He is almost 3 years old and comes with AKC papers. I’m expecting baby #2 in January and my sister is moving out of my house to an apartment that doesn’t allow dogs. I am trying to figure out a way to make more room in my home so I can keep him here but I already have a large dog and a rabbit and my large dog & him play really rough and fly around our small home at mock 10 so we have to keep them separated around my 4 year old and I’m not really sure it would be suitable for a newborn. I also feel as though max would do best in a home as an only dog. He doesn’t like really like to share toys. And it took an extremely long time to get him to co-exist with my dog. I also believe he’d be better suited in a home without younger children. Although he’s never hurt my 4 year old daughter he just very high energy and once he gets going it’s like a small rocket ship flying around the home. He is completely house broken and never ever has accidents in the house. He is also neutered. He needs a home with a large yard and plenty of space to roam. Max really is a super sweet dog who loves belly scratches and laying in bed with family. I am in NO RUSH to rehome max. I will be asking questions and I would like to see where he will be living. I’d also prefer a vet reference and a meet and greet of some sort. Also in the event that it didn’t work out I will be asking for whoever takes him to sign a contract stating they will return him to me if it does not work out. I paid a pretty penny for him for my sister but for the right home I would be willing to negotiate a small rehoming fee. We all really do love him and he really is a great dog he just deserves more room and people that have time and experience with high energy dogs. With our current living situation we are running out of room here in my home. Contact me at any time for photos or questions. Thank you
