-the 'how much, where, and why' of pressure, safely giving & receiving weight
-fluidity through changing levels and moving through space
-where we source direction - are we leading are following? are we making a cognitive decision, or listening for something embodied and emergent?
All levels welcome - for true beginners and seasoned dancers.
