You will learn a full routine with tons of individual steps and burn a boatload of calories! Do the frug, watusi, holly gully, and more - it’s the most fitness fun you can have! Learn go-go from the gal that brought you the "Go-Go Robics" DVD series - taught across the globe with Crunch Gyms, World Dance & more! Wear clothes that are fun to dance and move in, as you would for any dance, fitness class, or go-go party! Go-Go boots, dance shoes, or sneakers are recommended. Bring a towel and personal hydration!
