Academy West Animal Hospital a small Animal Hospital in North West Phoenix/Glendale area is seeking employee for the position of Kennel Technician We are looking for a mature, positive personality who is self-motivated and reliable to join our team. Since Animal care is our highest priority you will be responsible for the well being of the animals in our care. This is of major importance since their owners depend upon us to keep their pet’s safe and happy while with us. We are looking for a mature positive personality. Importantly, you must be client orientated with HIGH observation and customer service skills. EXPERIENCE Not required: Training available. General skill needed: Self-motivated person who has a love for animals and excellent people skills. Organization and attention to detail is a must. Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively. Excellent observation skills are needed. General Duties: Care and tending of all the animals in our facility. Individual feeding and exercising our visiting pets. Cleaning the animal’s suites. Since you will be working thru the entire facility you must be able to work in a family type environment and inter act with other employees and Pet owners. Position needed: Parttime : mornings, Saturday needed. We offer competitive pay that is dependent on experience. Positions are open and needs to be filled immediately.
