Improve Soup MakingAs we head into the cooler days of fall and look forward to winter, soups start to emerge as the go-to meal. In this hands-on class, learn the basics of soup making, how to use whatever you have on hand, and come up with your own soup recipes! And… maybe we will tell a joke or two. Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
