Pasta Making 101This is a fun, family-friendly, hands-on class. We will be talking about the basics of pasta dough making, mixing up a batch, and then rolling out your own noodles to take home and cook. Pasta is best made in teams, so this class is priced per table, and you may bring up to 3 people. Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
