Spend a fall Saturday morning with us, making this ooey-gooey, vegetarian main dish. We will make the sauce, bread beautiful eggplant, and layer it up. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
