This is absolutely a foundational class for anyone who is just learning to cook, wants to improve their cooking skills, and those who want to learn how to season food properly. Salt is essential for good food. However, not all salt is the same, and they are not interchangeable. Learn how to salt by hand, identify the sources of salt in a recipe, and learn how to “season to taste." This hands-on class will forever change the way you cook.

FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest. Please select the proper ticket type as there is an additional cost.
