Americano Farmers Market Representative and Warehouse Assistant Description: We are searching for someone amazing to help represent our natural nut butter line at farmers markets, festivals and in-person events. About Americano: Americano is a good-for-you natural nut butter company offering products that satisfy hunger and taste without the bad-for-you ingredients. We are a tight-knit team looking for enthusiastic Phoenix area help. Compensation: Representatives are paid $1208.00/month as members of the Americano team. Above this, we recognize effort and compensate for key performance indicators. You will learn about engaging in the sales process, communicating product value propositions and brand marketing from a nutritional perspective. Job Requirements: Time commitment (~15hrs/week): 6 hours Saturdays for Farmers Markets (~7am-1pm) 6-9 hours/week: mix of shipping, events and responsibilities as they arise Must have reliable source of transportation and a reliable phone device Must be comfortable carrying 20+lbs of weight at a time Must be comfortable standing for 5+ hours at a time and enjoy being outside It is essential that the representative be able to work independently, be extremely communicative, maintain professionalism and have superior organizational skills and accuracy. They are also dependable, punctual and have demonstrated ability to work when scheduled. Have high communication skills, including email and phone responsiveness Enjoy interacting with people and and sharing about food nutrition facts as well as the desire to understand small business development Specific duties: Responsible for product sales at weekly Saturday farmers markets and events Responsible for sales accounting and product inventory Reports weekly to Event Coordinator Ensures own behavior is consistent with company values, standards and ethical behavior Transporting farmers market materials and product to and from events Print, pack, track and ship online orders in warehouse How You Can Apply Read our website!
