Yenly Stevens started teaching and practicing yoga in 2005 as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica. She hopes to empower and inspire others to appreciate self-love and self-compassion for both beauties inside and out; to inspire others to appreciate the gift of giving back. Through this, I hope others will find the confidence that will last them a lifetime. She will walk you through a Yoga Sculpt is a class that combines weights, cardio, and yoga; a calorie-burning effect. It includes cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Yoga Sculpt classes tend to be upbeat and super energetic. Stay with us after the workout for a special shopping event with an exclusive offer! Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water to stay hydrated. The workout will take place inside the Fabletics store in the Los Cerritos Center. To gain access to our store please enter through the doors located next to CPK or use the service hall located between Lazy Dog and Nordstrom.
