Handyman needed for apartment building maintenance

Small apartment buildings need regular maintenance man. You'll need to know drywall, flooring, basic electrical (wiring outlets, installing light fixtures, etc), basic plumbing (under-sink and ceiling leaks, running toilets, replacing toilets or wax rings, leaky faucets, clogged toilet/sink, etc), paint, etc. This is not a full-time job. I estimate you'll need to devote a day or two per week to this gig. You provide your own tools and transportation. You may need to go to the hardware store to pick up materials.
