Share a cup of tea with Jake Cordero and Albert Lucio of The Austin Séance as they lead a mini "tasseography" workshop at The Vortex, 2307 Manor Road. Tasseography, better known as tea-leaf reading, is an old-world divination process that enjoyed its heyday during Victorian times. This 30-minute introductory workshop is one of several devoted to different topics that The Austin Séance will present during The Dark Market, conducted on the night of the Harvest Moon. We'll be gathering in the historic Pony Shed, located in the courtyard of The Vortex. Please arrive 10 minutes early. No late seating.
