Join The Produce Box and Rocky Top Catering for Knife Fight, a live cooking competition at Rocky Top Catering in Raleigh. You and a guest will be treated to dinner and drinks, cooked live with mystery local produce ingredients. One Rocky Top chef and an assistant will be challenged to use 6 mystery produce items sourced from local farmers, and they won’t know until the pans hit the heat on Thursday night, August 18. The event will begin with a Cocktail Hour, and proceed to the main event at 6:30.
