Who: Eastern Alamance Class of 2012 (and guests/significant others, Limit 1) What: Social Gathering, opportunity for us all to catch up, have a beer, share a pizza When: Oct 1st 2022 3pm-6pm (day following the Eastern - Williams home game) Where: Bright Penny Brewery, 107 N 7th St, Mebane, NC 27302 Why: Its been 10 years, we're getting old Other Details: Cash Bar - Food available for purchase - TICKETS ARE LIMITED Guest limit (1 per graduate) If you would like to bring an additional guest ask someone who is not bringing a guest, this is due to the size of venue. Cap of 200. For this reason, please no children (Exception for children under the age of 2) Cost: To rent the venue is aprox $1800. Tickets are $20 - Eventbrite fees =18.33. Meaning we need to sell ~100 Tickets to cover the rental cost. Additional ticket sales will be saved for the next reunion. This will allow for a deposit to be made on a venue/catering/bar, resulting in a more formal/traditional reunion with a planning committee, and not me throwing something together. -Those who are interested in getting involved let me know. If the event is cancelled for any reason we lose 50% of the deposit meaning I would refund all tickets cost after deducting the $900 (50%) deposit, and any eventbrite fees. If for some reason we sell less than 120 tickets Bright Penny will allow us to reduce the size of our space reducing over all cost. If the weather is bad (part of the space is outdoors), they will work to accommodate us but we might be packed in a bit. Let me know if you have questions. [email protected]
