The Fairview Dining Room is excited to welcome the return of our specialty beverage dinners; we are partnered with Daou Vineyards for an exceptional evening of wine and cuisine. Founded by brothers Georges and Daniel Daou, Daniel's passion and vision for viticulture, and unwavering commitment to excellence are reflected through each varietal of French Oak-aged wines and pursuit of a supreme oenological experience. Guests can expect an unparalleled dining experience, as Executive Chef Troy Stauffer's exquisite menu is sublimely paired with a lineup of Daou's phenomenal wines, including their signature and award-winning Cabernet, "Soul of a Lion."  This dinner is $135* per person for Executive Club members and $150* for non-members, including wine pairings, food and service.
