Topics covered include but are not limited to; discomforts of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, hospital routines and medical procedures.
This class is a series that takes place on Tuesday August 23rd and August 30th from 6pm-8:30pm. Different information is covered each night.
The class is located at the main campus on the 6th floor of the North Tower.
You do not need to bring anything for class except a pillow for comfort and a water bottle.
Masks are required to wear in the hospital.
The charge of $75 admits two guests for the class.
