If you purchased august packages on 8/6/22 you do not need to purchase a ticket, please show QR code at the door. Please arrive early to begin stretching and warming up. Class will be dived into 3 parts over the hour duration. Bring your own water as well as towels. If you have a medical condition such as ashmtha bring your inhaler. With out the proof of purchase you will not be admitted into the gym. Ticket is non-transferable
