looking for bigger dogs

Hi! My name is Gabby, I'm looking for a large dog breed. Preferably a puppy (please either "accidental" pups, or standard bred) Budget is around $500 I'm looking to do protection training for the littles in my family, so a sturdy breed is needed. I need medical records, up to date shots, etc I'm not looking to adopt a pitbull (truama from it, not that they're a bad breed but because they make my mom uncomfortable), or any bulldogs, Huskeys, or poodles. My ideal breed is a doberman, kangal shepherd, or Neapolitan mastiff, english mastiffs will do as well. Belgian mallois and German shepherds are not on this list simply because I have bad experiences with them Thank you
