Our company is looking to hire a multi-talented, experienced handyman to maintain our rental properties, between Erwin and Willow Spring. We are looking for a reliable contractor, who can work without supervision and has some amount of people skills. Candidate must have their own transportation and tools. Our ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of construction, light plumbing and electrical. Masonry skills are a plus. We pay based on work-needed projects.
