The Michigan Institute of Real Estate will in the training room August 23rd from 10:00am-4:00pm for a 6 hour continuing education.
For those of you that aren't aware, the requirements for continuing education have changed. Instead of your license and con-ed expiring on October 31st, it now expires on your license date! If you're coming up on that date, you'll want to sign up for this!
This class is also offered in person and via zoom! The cost is $75 and you will receive a certificate of completion for your records.
YOU MUST SIGN UP BY AUGUST 15TH IN ORDER TO ATTEND THIS CLASS.
