Plumbing and Tiling Work Needed

I am renovating the only bathroom in my house and I am looking to sub out the plumbing and tiling from the project. I will be gutting the bathroom and starting fresh with absolutely everything. I can start in the coming weeks but I am flexible on the exact timing to start the project. Once I start, I need to work quickly to finish the project so that I have a bathroom in my house again. Let me know if you need to see the house or additional pictures in order to provide a proper estimate. Please provide your availability if you are interested in the project. You will be paid in full at the completion of the project. Must be Licensed and Insured Tile Job Details Shower Enclosure with ceiling (~100 sq feet) Home owner to provide tile (~subway tile size) One wall to include “cut-in” feature for soap/shampoo Bathroom floor (~35 sq feet) Home owner to provide tile Plumbing job details Install new toilet flange – Existing fixture is cast iron Install new toilet Install new supply line / shutoffs for toilet and single vanity sink Install new drainage for single vanity sink Install new supply lines / mixing valve for shower Install new drainage for tub All replacement fixtures will remain in the same location as they are today Thank you.
