Maintenance help needed for a large apartment community. Some duties include painting and sheetrock repairs to occupied and vacant apartments, snow removal and on-call emergency maintenance requests. Basic building maintenance experience a plus. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, have a valid driver’s license.
