Tribute band seeks guitar player

Who we are: We are a local tribute band that has been on the tribute circuit for over a decade. We have performed several large venues during that time including the fairs in Orange County, San Diego County and San Bernardino County. In addition to those venues we have performed at several casinos and festivals in Northern California and Nevada. What we do: We pay tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd. What we are looking for: We need a guitar player to be our Gary Rossington. Gary is the last original member of the band. He has been an influence throughout the band's history. We need someone to play his parts. There is some slide required, free bird for one, but other than that not a lot of slide. No vocals required as Gary doesn't sing. If you have ever been in a tribute band then you know there are a lot of benefits of tribute bands over classic rock bands. The venues are bigger, the pay is better, the crowds are bigger and more. You have a chance to go to other areas of the state and other states. The music is challenging but rewarding once you master it. If you are up for the challenge please respond to our ad.
