BALANCE IS NEEDING MACHINE OPERATORS ON THE WESTSIDE Job Functions: Set up machine for production according to specifications Make quality tests Observe the ongoing production to ensure that machines are operating properly Make adjustments or stop machines when problems occur Package and label the finished reels per client’s request Carry and place the finished products to the stocking/ packaging area Perform simple maintenance and cleaning of the machinery Maintain production records Pay: $ 13-17 Schedule: 7pm - 7am (rotating shift, every 3 months) Requirements: Basic computer knowledge Forklift Experience (no certification needed) Ability to bend, move and maneuver wire spools Ability to work 12 hr shifts including weekends FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE CALL: Meagan Garza, Balance Staffing 915-201-2667
