Description

It's with much sorrow that I have to look for a new home for Sophie. We live in Sandia Heights where there are no enclosed yards. I've tried hard to train her to not run off too far and even bought and set up and an electric fence. She did stay put for awhile but quickly learned she can just run through it. As much as I'd like to keep her, it's just too stressful worrying about her getting lost or hit by a car every time she disappears. She would do well in a house with an enclosed and large enough yard to run around. She is high energy and would do better with someone who has the time and energy to play with her and exercise her. My wife and I are both 70 and can't give her the attention she deserves. She is a very sweet and friendly dog. She is also quite affectionate and enjoys a good cuddle Sophie is chipped, spayed, de-wormed and up to date on all of her shots....I have all of the paper work for that. I'm not asking for a re-homing fee, just would like to see that she is going to a good and hopefully forever home.
